The terms put simply and briefly:
All our Terms and Conditions are the usual standard kind, found most places.
We will provide you a clean polished and tidy property.
You look after the property and don't disturb the neighbours.
You keep it clean and tidy while you are there.
No Animals. No smoking.
Electricity and heating are charged as extra.
There is a one-off charge for house-check, sheets and towels.
A security deposit required.
