Cottage booking terms, put simply and briefly:
We will provide you a clean polished and tidy property.
You keep it in good order and don't disturb the neighbours.
You leave it clean and tidy.
No Animals. No smoking.
Family groups or older adults only.
Rental payable in advance :
50% with booking, 50% 60 days prior.
(returnable if re-let)
Returnable security deposit, euro 300, payable on arrival.
Check-in 16.00 - 20.00, Check-out midday.
