Our Terms and Conditions are the usual standard kind, found most places.
We will provide you a clean polished and tidy property.
You keep it in good order and don't disturb the neighbours.
You leave it clean and tidy.
No Animals. No smoking.
Final cleaning, house-check, sheets and towels,
basic electricity and gas included.
Security deposit, euro 300.
